FAQs

What consulting services do you provide?

We guide clients through every stage of creating Health-Canada–compliant cannabis facilities—from concept and design to engineering and regulatory approval. Each project blends technical precision with a refined, modern aesthetic.

Can you manage the entire build?

Yes. We oversee architecture, engineering, and regulatory approvals to deliver a turnkey facility, whether for a boutique micro-grow or a larger commercial operation.

Do you offer ongoing operational guidance?

Absolutely. We can assist with SOPs, workflow optimization, and compliance updates to keep your facility efficient and fully regulated.

Do you help with micro-cultivation licensing?

Yes. We specialize in micro-grow licensing, patient registration, and full compliance strategies to meet Health Canada standards.

What’s included in your licensing support?

From documentation and application preparation to site readiness and inspection coaching, we provide end-to-end guidance so you can confidently launch and maintain a compliant cannabis operation.

How long does licensing take?

Timelines vary with Health Canada review, but most applications are completed in 6–9 months when all documentation is in order.

Why do I need to fill out the assessment form?

Our confidential assessment captures your health history, lifestyle, and goals so we can safely tailor treatment. Without it, we cannot responsibly proceed.

Should I speak with my family doctor first?

Yes. We recommend discussing any hormone-related concerns with your family doctor before starting private care. This ensures you’ve explored standard options and are fully informed before beginning our specialized treatment.

What does the $100 consultation fee include?

The fee covers your entire intake:
- Creation of your patient file and assessment review
- Bloodwork requisition if needed, or review of recent labs
- A follow-up telehealth appointment with a licensed practitioner to review symptoms and lab results in detail and discuss personalized options.

What happens after I submit the form?

- Invoice & Payment: We email an invoice for the $100 consultation fee along with an Interac e-Transfer request (medical@pandaygroup.com – CIBC) and Invoice #.-Bloodwork Review: We review recent labs or issue a requisition within two business days if needed.

- Telehealth Follow-Up: Once results are complete, we schedule a secure phone appointment with a licensed health practitioner to discuss your symptoms and labs.

Am I required to start medication right away?

No. The consultation is for understanding your health. You decide when—or if—you begin treatment.

What treatments do you offer?

Health-Canada-approved therapies including:
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- Human Growth Hormone (HGH) - hCG
- GLP-1 peptide therapies (e.g., semaglutide / Ozempic®, tirzepatide / Mounjaro®)
- Prescription erectile-dysfunction (ED) medications—all prescribed only when clinically appropriate.

Is this safe?

Yes. Treatments are prescribed by licensed Canadian health practitioners and dispensed through accredited pharmacies. Ongoing bloodwork and follow-ups keep therapy safe and effective.

How do refills work?

Refills require either a consultation within the past 3 months or recent bloodwork (no older than 3 months) to ensure your plan stays medically appropriate. Approved medications are shipped directly to your door.

How private is this process?

Your privacy is our top priority. All consultations are secure and confidential, and we follow all Canadian medical regulations.

What makes The Panday Group different?

We take the time to truly listen. Our care is **symptom-driven and patient-focused**, looking beyond lab numbers to create treatment plans that address the whole person.

How do I get started?

Everything begins with the Assessment Form This is your entry point to personalized, high-level care.

Do you accept insurance?

The Panday Group is a private clinic and does not bill insurance providers.  We provide documentation—Medication Cost Breakdown, Official Pharmacy Receipt with DIN, and Signed Prescription Copy—so you may submit a claim directly to your insurer.  Coverage and reimbursement depend on your personal insurance policy.

Is the medication legitimate?

Yes. Every prescription is written by a licensed Canadian health practitioner and filled by an accredited, Health Canada–approved pharmacy.  All medications meet federal quality and safety standards, and you receive full documentation (including DIN and prescription details) for complete transparency.

Can I travel with my medication?

Yes, you may travel with your prescribed medication.  However, it is the patient’s responsibility to confirm the import rules of the country or region you are visiting.  We supply the same official documentation provided for insurance claims—such as prescription copies and pharmacy receipts—so you can present proof of legitimacy to customs or security authorities if required.

How are medications shipped?

All prescriptions are dispensed by licensed Canadian pharmacies and shipped securely via Purolator, FedEx, or UPS. A tracking number is provided for every order.

Do I need to visit a clinic in person?

No. Everything is done virtually. Consultations are telehealth-based and medications are shipped directly to you.

What if I have questions during treatment?

You may email us anytime for basic logistical or care questions, which our patient coordinator will have a licensed health practitioner review at no charge.  For detailed medical concerns, treatment adjustments, or monitoring, a telehealth follow-up appointment is required.

A follow-up consultation with updated bloodwork is $75 CAD, which includes the bloodwork requisition and practitioner review.

What if I’m not approved for treatment?

Not every patient qualifies. If treatment isn’t appropriate, your practitioner will explain why and recommend next steps. Safety always comes first.

Can women join your programs?

Yes. While we are best known for men’s performance and hormone health, our practitioners also work with women seeking hormone optimization and wellness support.

What if I want to stop treatment?

You remain in control. If you choose to stop, your practitioner will guide you through the safest process.

Who will I be working with?

You’ll work with a licensed Canadian health practitioner specializing in hormone therapy, supported by our patient coordinator who manages logistics, prescriptions, and follow-ups.
