Effective May 8, 2019, Health Canada has updated the Cannabis Licensing Application Guide. The changes align their approach to cannabis licensing with other regulated sectors, such as pharmaceuticals.
To support applicants, The Panday Group has made available via website along with additional guidance on the licence application process and on the regulatory requirements regarding Good Production Practices and physical security measures.
